PCLEC Training Manual
Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy's premiere Training Manual
Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy has been blessed with a reputation of excellence in both quality and character, which we in no way take for granted. We credit these qualities to the grace of God and to our "setting the bar high" with regards to the content and rigors of our training. A centerpiece of our training acadamies, monthly Chaplain's trainings and field instruction is a concise but thorough manual originally conceived as a foundation for Chaplaincy development and organization, and as vital reference to Chaplains, first responders and ministers. Thus, we present here, in its complete and unabridged form, our newly revised PCLEC Training Manual, with the intention of encouraging and instructing those who daily carry hope and healing to those who impacted by life's most devastating moments, and as stimulus and tool for the development of Chaplaincy programs worldwide.
